Similar to a Merit Scholarship, our funding initiative aims to inspire players of all skill levels to pursue their long-term development goals. A funded age group refers to a specific team within a predetermined program and league whose Club Fees are covered externally for selected players. It's important to note that funding specifically covers Club Fees. Therefore, the families are still responsible to pay for registration fees, uniform fees, and travel expenses. We leverage sponsorships, events, and/or private donations to help eliminate socio-economic barriers, of Play-to-Play ensuring broader access to organized soccer.

Starting at a very young age, our Player Development Staff guides players toward achieving their long-term development objectives by emphasizing the highest technical standards and fostering their integration into ONE FC's culture. As players advance through the academy, they cultivate a solid technical skill set, honing individual abilities, and experiencing their initial exposure to competitive soccer in 7v7 and 9v9.

Upon reaching U14, U15, and U16, we view these age groups as pivotal stages in their developmental journey. U14 signifies is a key age of our top teams engaging in 11v11 play in elite leagues. Subsequently, at U15 and U16, our emphasis on individual player development gradually shifts towards team development. These age groups naturally become focal points for funding, given the substantial shift in the soccer landscape and the heightened commitment level expected from players and families.

Beyond supporting specific Funded Age Groups Teams, ONE FC also provides financial aid based on need and merit to eligible families, regardless of their player(s) skill level. Our ongoing objective is to increase opportunities and visibility for players across all age groups and skill levels. The Elite teams representing ONE FC at the highest level reflect the club's commitment and hard work. Participation in elite leagues not only enhances the club's prestige but also brings in sponsorships and additional revenues. This financial support allows us to improve the overall training environment, including facilities, staff, equipment, technology that benefiting all our players.
